## Sacred Mandala Signature Experience

A private, high-impact 5–6 hour day experience combining heat, bodywork, and sound — private sauna ritual, body scrub, 1.5 h massage, cold immersion (flower plunge or pool), guided sound healing, integration in silence, herbal tea and light nourishment. Closed format, not a class. From IDR 2,500,000 per person, minimum 2 people.

## À la carte sessions

- **Sound Healing** — 90 minutes. Tibetan and crystal singing bowls in the open-air shala.
- **Tea Ceremony** — 3 hours. A ceremonial tea service with breathwork and meditation.
- **Breathwork Journey** — 2 hours. Guided breath sessions to release stored tension; suitable for first-timers.
- **Sauna & Cold Plunge Ritual** — 2 hours. Finnish sauna alternated with cold plunge; contrast therapy.
- **Healing Massage** — 60–90 minutes. Balinese traditional, deep tissue, or energy healing in a private treatment room.

## Melukat (water purification)

Melukat is one of Bali's oldest and most revered ceremonies. It is a ritual of spiritual purification using holy water (tirta), led by Balinese Hindu priests or a Manku (Balinese priest) at temples, sacred springs, or waterfalls.

In Balinese tradition, a person is understood as more than the physical body, extending into subtle energetic layers. Over the course of life, these layers are believed to accumulate:

- Heavy emotions
- The effects of conflict and trauma
- Unfavorable energies
- Inner blocks
- Spiritual impurity associated with illness, severe stress, or major life upheaval

The purpose of Melukat is to restore harmony between the individual, nature, and the Divine.
