### How many people can Sacred Mandala host?

Sacred Mandala has seven uniquely designed rooms. It comfortably holds 10–14 guests, with a maximum of 16–20 depending on how you configure room sharing. The property is built for depth and group cohesion rather than scale — every room has its own character, natural materials, soft lighting, and jungle views, all within a few quiet steps of the practice spaces.

### What's the difference between the Essential and Signature packages?

Both rates are for the full property. The Essential Retreat is $800 per night — space only, accommodating up to 16 guests, with self-use kitchen access, the yoga shala, infinity pool, and massage room (sauna not included). The Signature Retreat Package is $1,200 per night and adds three meals daily for up to 16, a private chef, sauna and flower plunge, space styling, and full on-site support. Choose Essential if you bring your own team and cater yourself; choose Signature if you want the property to handle food, setup, and day-to-day running.

### Is full property exclusivity required?

For 10+ guest groups we strongly recommend full property exclusivity to preserve the container. Smaller groups may share with individual guests during low season — we will let you know what makes sense.

### What deposit and cancellation terms apply?

We hold dates with a 30% deposit. Cancellation terms vary by season and lead time — we share the full schedule with the host deck.

### What AV equipment is available in the shala?

The 20-person yoga shala includes a sound system suitable for guided practice, lavalier mic on request, and ample natural light. For ceremonies and sound healing, we have in-house instruments. Tell us what your facilitation needs and we will confirm what is on-site versus what to bring.

### Can I bring my own chef, teachers, or ceremony practitioners?

Yes. Essential includes self-use kitchen access, so you can bring your own chef or cater independently, and you are welcome to bring your own facilitators and assistants. If you would rather not hold everything yourself, Signature includes a private chef and full support, and our own sound healing, energy work, craniosacral therapy, and Balinese ceremonies can be woven into your program as optional add-ons.

### What ceremonies and wellness experiences can you add?

Five curated experiences: Sound Healing (group, IDR 2,500,000), Craniosacral therapy (private, IDR 2,800,000), Energy healing & chakra balancing (private, IDR 2,800,000), Agni Hotra fire ceremony (group, IDR 5,000,000), and Melukat water purification ceremony (group, IDR 5,500,000). Each can be built into your retreat program, offered as an optional add-on session, or customized to your group. Balinese and deep-tissue massage are also available from IDR 400,000.

### Are meals and dietary needs covered?

Our on-site healthy café serves balanced, clean food — plant-based by default, with allergies, gluten-free, raw, and tailored detox plans accommodated. The Signature package includes three meals daily for up to 16 guests with a private chef. On Essential you can use the kitchen yourself or add food à la carte: a private chef at $200 per day, or buffet and on-demand options from IDR 150,000 per person. We confirm the menu with you before arrival.

### How do transfers from the airport work?

Sacred Mandala is in Kelusa, Payangan — the Ubud area, about 1.5 hours from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Private airport transfers can be arranged for IDR 600,000 per vehicle, one-way. Share your group's flight details with your inquiry and we will coordinate arrivals and departures.

### What does on-site support look like during a retreat?

Daily housekeeping, meals served on a schedule you set, on-call manager for any logistics, and pre-arrival coordination on rooming, transfers, and ceremony timing. Your facilitation focus stays on your group.
