How does booking work?
All programs are inquiry-only. Submit the Inquire form and we will reply within 24 hours with availability and next steps. Sacred Mandala is a small property — every booking is held personally by the team.
What's the difference between the 5-Day Reset and the Private 5-Day Reset?
The 5-Day Reset is a structured group format with daily bodywork sessions, three massages, and craniosacral therapy. The Private 5-Day Reset is fully personalized 1:1, designed individually after a consultation, and includes shamanic breathwork plus a Vedic Balinese purification ceremony with Manku.
What is included in the program price?
Programs include accommodation in a Sacred Mandala room, meals as listed per program, daily yoga and meditation, the specified bodywork and ceremony sessions, and personal attention from our team. See the inclusions list on each program page for full details.
Are programs suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
All meals are plant-based. We use organic, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in your inquiry and we will adjust the menu.
Can I add extra ceremonies or excursions?
The Private 5-Day Reset includes optional add-ons on request: Agni Hotra ceremony, Sebatu waterfall purification, Besakih Temple visit, and personalized detox/nutrition consultation. Mention these in your inquiry.
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable yoga clothing, a light layer for meditation, swimwear for the pool and ice bath, a journal, and any personal items you need. We provide yoga mats, towels, and all room amenities.
